10 Body Weight Only Workouts

This download contains 10 body weight only workouts (no equipment needed). These workouts were designed specifically to be quick, effective and fun- but also were designed so that you could do them anywhere- all you need is YOU (and maybe the timer app on your phone)! They are great for travel, those days where you just cannot make it to the gym, or to supplement your current exercise routine. This is not meant to take the place of personal training or your in gym time, but is rather intended as a supplement!

 

The workouts are divided into 5 categories- Cardio Focus, Upper Body Focus, Lower Body Focus, Core Focus and Total Body (there are two of each). You do not have to use this guide in order, you can jump around however you would like to!
